Summary: Good points: This is a very nice property. The lawn, pool, and furnishings were nice and well kept. Overall, the property looks very nice. Bad points: There were no washcloths, but there were plenty of towels. The house needs a deep cleaning. There were numerous amounts of hairs all over the place, including all of the beds and the sofa. The ceiling fans were caked with dust. There was a little structural damage to the floor between the kitchen and the living room. Last, but certainly not least, there was an infestation of roaches and a couple of spiders in the property. Overall, the things that were wrong with this property are fixable with a really good deep cleaning, which includes removing and washing bedding between each visit, and a really good exterminator.
