Positive: The views from this houseboat are really spectacular. The interior felt very luxurious and everything was very well maintained. We loved the coffe maker which was a Keurig with both drip coffee maker or traditional Keurig pods options. We also enjoyed that everything for cooking and cleaning was available for our stay. We loved this unique place.

Negative: I am not going to say this was unexpected, but the gangplank entry could be challanging for some people according to the tide. My husband is a boat captain so he could see the plank was well secured, but definetly steep at low tide. Wear appropriate footwear with a good grip for the sole. I don't believe this is a negative aspect of this experience, just something to be aware of before you arrive.
