•Fully functional kitchen with mini- fridge/freezer, 2- burner cooktop stove and all pots/pans
- Air conditioned unit provides a cool interior during warm summer months
- Baseboard heat provides a comfy houseboat during cooler months
•Private end- dock removed from the marina traffic and restaurants
