With each additional guest (kids over 2 as well), a $35/night fee will be applied.
★MAX OCCUPANCY★
The max occupancy of the home is 10 guests. There is a $200 penalty per person for overnight guests over the max occupancy.

★ALTERATION REQUEST POLICY★
Guests must inform us of any alteration requests (shortening stay & decreasing guest count) at least one week before check-in. Regrettably, we will be unable to accommodate late requests. In such cases, we can provide a refund amounting to only 50% of the original refund amount.

PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED BY LAW and could carry a fine of $2000. This is a residential area, and San Antonio has quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am. The home is outfitted with a Noise Aware device that measures volume decibels; does not record, that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit, and exterior cameras.

We only provide a starter pack of supplies. Guests with longer stays have to buy their own supplies for the remaining days
★HOUSE RULES★
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) in the home is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy will incur a $2,500 penalty if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected.
- Recreational drug use or any illegal activity at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply incurs a $300 penalty.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any cost related to damages that occurred during their stay, including extra-cleaning charges if needed or any unauthorized pets if discovered during or within a reasonable amount of time after their stay. These amounts are charged to the credit card on file and followed by an email breaking down the fees and damages. No charges are ever processed without prior written notice.
