Summary: The house is a charming Italian villa with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains from the back patio. Communication was especially difficult and i didnt have information i needed to plan my trip. Navigation to the house was difficult for someone not familiar with the area and the "directions" given when asked for were brief and non descript. The directions given were also extremely more difficult than the way we discovered for ourselves afterwards...we had to push our luggage uphill on a very narrow, curvy hill when we could have used the streets and stayed off the road. It also appeared that there was a bus stop at the top of the hill that we coukd have been let off at to avoid all of that. But, it was beautiful and we walked down to the water for dinner.
