The villa is situated beneath the famous Chora, only half a killometer from the renowned Monastery of Saint John and just a few minutes' walk from the main square . Built and decorated by local craftsmen according to Patmian architecture, from stone with wooden details such as the beds and stairs, the house is fully-equipped and comfortable. Sunny terraces offer alternatives to relax, enjoy the view, and for al fresco dining.

Set in 4,000sqm of private garden planted with a variety of trees, flowers, and shrubs typical of the islands, the house offers outdoor terraces on several levels, all overlooking the Aegean, with views down to the bay of Skala. On the upper level, the comfortable open-plan living/dining room is pleasantly decorated and furnished with some very nice traditional Patmian wooden furniture, with a fine open fireplace. The separate kitchen is fully equipped, and there are lovely views from the terrace. Steps lead down to the lower level, with two twin bedrooms, a double bedroom with a traditional wooden double bed, and two shower rooms with wc.
