Take a seat on the deck and watch the boat traffic pass on the Clinton River. Visit by land or by water. The Boathouse is roughly a 25 minute cruise when traveling from Lake St. Clair by boat. The Boathouse does not leave the dock.
The space
The 3,000 sqft houseboat has two separate units each with their own private entrance. This unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, 2 full bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Both units are available for rent either together or separately.
The space has wood floors, a redesigned bathroom, and brand new furnishings.

This is the larger of our two vacation rentals. There is a larger deck space and more amenities such as a grill, dishwasher, washer, and dryer that the neighboring space does not offer.
Other things to note
*We can accommodate larger groups when desired. Please book the neighboring space as well here at The Boathouse if you would like to accommodate more guests. With both spaces we can fit a total of 8 guests. Each unit alone accommodates 4 people.*
Remember! You are on a boat and it does endure slight movement in rougher weather. The boat does not leave the slip.
Parking Details:
Parking is available in the marina parking lot. *When looking at the barge* please park on the left hand side on the road side. Please pull in, do not parallel park. Please message the host if there will be more than 2 cars.
