Summary: We were excited about staying on a boat as we owned one ourselves. The location and property were not clearly explained. The photos of the boat must be several years old! We had to walk about a 1/2 mile down the cobblestone marina to find the boat and when we arrived we were put on another boat next to this one. The property was much older and run down. The internet was very spotty! We explained to the manager we were not comfortable there and requested a refund of at least 1/2 our fee. We left right away the next morning. The manager said they would refund us! I have NOT received it yet.... The breakfast was good, We were told they were sold out yet there was only one other couple there. The idea is good but property needs a lot of updating!
