If you choose to arrive after 8:00 PM, you may still use self check-in, but please understand that live support is not available after 8:00 PM. Any access issues, lock problems, or entry difficulties that occur after 8:00 PM will be addressed the following day.
By arriving after 8:00 PM, you accept full responsibility for delayed assistance and agree that no refunds or compensation will be issued for issues reported after 8:00 PM.
