Welcome to our condo at Mainsail Condominiums! We have just installed a new Central Heat and Air Unit, new hot water tank, new Wooden louvered Shutters throughout, a new ice maker installed as well as new Commercial Speed Queen Washer and Dryer. We also updated(September 2023) We have completed many new updates to Mainsail 232, including new living room furniture, end tables, coffee tables, Living Room TV and TV Console. This unit is fabulously located in Building 2, 3RD Floor, 2ND unit back from the beach. Sit on the balcony and listen to the gentle surf and relax your cares away. Life is good in this 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit. At departure, ALL linens are refreshed, including comforters! The condo provides full sized commercial grade Speed Queen washer/dryer. Flat screen TV's in all 3 bedrooms and A NEW 75” SMART TV in the living room. There is plenty of room for all and this unit is beautifully decorated. There is Free wireless high-speed internet. There is also a wet bar with a new ice maker thats produces 30 lbs of ice a day. Cooking is important to our family, so our kitchen is fully, FULLY equipped with everything you could need for creating that fabulous meal. You will find granite countertops. There is also a Viking Beverage Cooler in the kitchen for all your favorite beverages. There is a Keurig Coffee Maker as well as a Regular Coffee Maker. There is a balcony overlooking the beach with fantastic views and wonderful area to relax.
This condo is beachfront with 700 feet of gulf-front property, featuring spectacular views and sounds of the gulf from the front and back balconies. An elevator ride down from the third floor puts you a few steps from the beach as well as the pool, hot tub, and children's pool and play pad area. There is a second heated swimming pool located in this resort. No street to cross to get to the beach! Grills (gas and charcoal) are available for use in the pool area. There is workout room with 1 elliptical, 3 treadmills, 2 stationary bikes, weight equipment. THE TENNIS COURTS ARE CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND ARE UNAVAILABLE.
