Our luxurious 2,000sqft townhouse in Sunny Tsawwassen. Tsawwassen receives less rainfall than most of the Lower Mainland in British Columbia. It can get as little as 60% or less of the rainfall that downtown Vancouver receives. So this is why we call where we live in Sunny Tsawwassen.
Our place is inspired by our travels and love for high-end comforts. My wife has meticulously curated our place with furnishings from West Elm, Urban Barn, Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware and more. Every inch of our brand-new home, from the cloud-like couch to the spa-worthy amenities, promises the “I Feel-Good” supreme relaxation experience.
We are located in prime Tsawwassen, amenities like Starbucks, Tsawwassen Mills mall, Walmart, and more are within a 5-minute drive.
Wellness Centre: Elevate your stay with our state-of-the-art Wellness Centre which just opened up in May 2023 featuring 30,000sqft space, a sauna, steam room, ocean-view gym, indoor basketball & squash courts, indoor Full-Swing golf simulator (please inform us ahead of time to book), game room, baby & children's lounge, outdoor BBQ (please inform us ahead of time to book) and more. Soak in the heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi. For those who need a meeting room, a dedicated workspace awaits you.
We provide premium beach towels for your convenience.
Note: No pets in the Wellness Centre.**Pool & Jacuzzi will be closed as of October 1st to May 1st for winter season.**

Our mattresses are 100% Canadian made and designed with premium memory foam to provide you with the ultimate comfort experience.
Pampering Amenities: Experience luxury with our complimentary spa robes, premium toiletries, and high-absorbency towels. Take home the loofah and soap as our gift. Bath salts or bombs are for in-home use only.
For infants under 2 years: We offer baby lotion and wash. Additionally, we provide a mesh, easy-fold bedside crib (32"L × 22"W ×1"H) with 7 adjustable heights and wheels. High-chair, Baby blankets, pillows, and bath towels are also available at no extra charge.
For children & baby: we have a children and baby lounge in the Wellness Centre.
Parking: Spacious double garage for two cars plus an extra visitor parking spot for a third car with a visitor parking pass only. The pass will be provided when you check-in. Additional free street parking is available for more parking.

• Bedrooms: Two upper-level queen bedrooms.
• Bathrooms: Full bathroom with a rain shower (upper), half bathroom toilet & sink (main).

• A 10-minute walk leads you to the Tsawwassen First Nation Boardwalk and Dyke for beautiful coastal views and opportunity to see the First Nation Wetlands’ seasonal birds.
• Centennial Beach, just a 10-minute drive away, offers breathtaking and panoramic views of the year-round snow-capped Mount Baker and the skylines of six cities: Burnaby, New West, Coquitlam, North Delta, White Rock and Point Roberts. This picturesque spacious beach never feels crowded, even on weekends. During low tide, you can walk miles out into the sandy floored ocean, and technically you can even cross the U.S. border as it is right on the Point Roberts border . However, we strongly advise against this, as crossing the border in this manner is illegal. The beach’s vastness makes it perfect for walks, picnics or ocean swimming on warm, sunny days. It also features a spacious playground for children. We firmly believe that this gem outshines both English Bay and White Rock Beaches. We highly recommend visiting Centennial Beach in Tsawwassen on a sunny day, especially during low tide.
• Boundary Beach, 7 minutes away, offers seaside beauty and opportunities to spot seasonal wildlife.
• Causeway Beach, a 5-minute drive, is perfect for sunsets, paddle boarding, and kayaking.
