Review Score: 4

Summary: The elevator was broken the day we checked in and had to bring all luggage up the stairs. The apartment floor was dirty like it had never been mopped or clean in any way. Ceiling in bathroom was missing a piece and apartment could use some paint. Parking is very convenient and location is great.
