Beautiful and modern townhouse located on the Gulfside of Key Largo overlooking the fully renovated marina completed in April 2021 and breathtaking sunset views from the balcony. This gorgeously decorated home has a main living area featuring a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a wine chiller, a living-room with a Samsung Smart TV and a dining room. The main living area also includes 2 bedrooms and a guest bathroom;
• Bedroom #1 is the master bedroom with a king size bed, sitting area, spacious walk in closet and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom #2 is a guest room with a king size bed.
• Bedroom #3 is located in the loft located on the 3rd level with a king size bed and sitting area.
The home also includes a beautiful covered terrace with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a gas BBQ and comfortable furniture to lounge in. The gated private community has gorgeous landscaping & has just been newly painted in beautiful tropical colors. We are located one hour from Miami International Airport in the center of Key Largo. Additionally, the community also features 2 heated pools, tennis courts, a racquetball court, club house, marina, fishing pier and fish cleaning area. We are 2.5 hours from Key West, 1/2 hour from Islamorada, and minutes away from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, Dagney Johnson Key Largo Botanical State Park, Jacob’s Aquatic Center, the Florida Keys Wild Bird Rehabilitation Center, and swimming with the dolphins at Dolphins Plus Bayside. You can also find all kinds of activities for adults and children that include kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving, paddle boarding and parasailing at nearby rental locations who cater to tourists.
Note: Owners have a private enclosure/storage space for personal use located outside the unit. It is primarily used to access gear needed for a boat day. Tenants will always be advised in advance.
