MANSION SES OLIVERES is one of the finest properties in the Levante area close to Cala d'Or and Portocolom. This unique property is set in17.000 sqm grounds with views towards Almond and Olive groves to the Mediterranean sea. A peaceful location with total privacy. Available all year.
ACCOMMODATION : All bedrooms ( 20-25 m2 ) have French doors opening to amazing views with small French Balconies or furnished terraces. Air conditioning, central heating, built-in wardrobes and their own shower/bath room.
GROUND-FLOOR : There is a beautiful lobby with beamed ceiling leading into the spacious living- and dining room with 3 m dining table, Satellite TV/DVD/CD with I-Pod connection and Playstation and sofas around the fireplace. Modern and well equipped land kitchen with two large fridge/freezer and marble worktop with twin stainless steel sink unit and doorways to the terraces. The utility room has washing machine, dryer and an iron board.
All the bedrooms are furnished with chairs and table.
BEDROOM ONE: Twin beds and doors to side terrace with dining table and wet-in shower room ensuite with facility for wheelchair with an 0.84 cm wide door and an open shower - please contact the owner before booking.
BEDROOM TWO: Twin beds and fitted wardrobes and adjacent shower room. French doors with access to the garden terrace.
UPSTAIRS: The staircase is leading up to the gallery landing.
BEDROOM THREE: Twin beds and fitted wardrobes with a bathroom ensuite and French-doors opening to breath-taking views.
BEDROOM FOUR: Twin beds with an opposite shower room and access to the furnished terrace with sofas.
BEDROOM FIVE: Twin beds with an opposite bathroom and a small personal balcony.
BEDROOM SIX: King Size bed with and fitted wardrobes and bath/shower room with twin hand basin ensuite and a covered terrace with views towards the pool, garden and sea.
BED SIZES : 180 x 200 cm or 90 x 200 cm to join after wish, toppers and double pillows.
SLEEPS : 6 bedrooms for 12 persons and 14 with extra beds or cots for children, as we do arrange delivery of extra fold-out beds or cots for children (max. 2).

Summary: Excellent property, very well equipped and very clean. We had a fantastic family holiday, the pool was amazing. Great outside cooking facilities Location great, very quiet and close to many beaches. Downside is Supermarket about 20-30 minutes drive awayOverall brilliant and theHost was attentive,responsive and look after us very well
