In order to access the complex or property we need to send us 1 day before booking the images of the IDs of the people who will be staying, as well as the plaque of their vehicles, otherwise access to the project can be difficult since the staff of this project only work time and the owner of the property is the one who manages the access.

We inform you that electricity in Las Terrenas is one of the most expensive in all of America. For this reason, in order to keep our prices competitive and ensure a quality experience, we request an energy aid of US$10 per night that will be requested by the Resolution Center. If you are unable to make this contribution, please refrain from renting.
If your stay is longer than 15 days, we can gladly negotiate a special rate for the deposit.
