An old, but renovated apartment with all the needed comforts: A living room with an extra double sofa for 2 persons, a bed room with an extra double bed for 2 persons also. Both rooms have wooden shutters out side of the windows for privacy and safety and every room has it's own air condition despite that, the apartment because of the mosaic floor and and the extremely high ceiling and the fact that it was build before the decade of 70's has a temperature much below than outside for example when outside is very warm inside it is not and without the use of aircondition.At winter time is again the oposite, cold outside but not so cold inside ,but still there are two airconditions for anyone to use it.However ,Athens is a warm city in the summer time but not so cold in the winter time.
Still the kitchen, where there is a refrigerator for cold water or what ever, an electric kitchen and some cookware where somebody can cook, a washing machine, a filter coffee machine, a boiler to make a tea or an instant coffee, a coffee pot for greek coffe,some name the same coffee : turkish or arabic but all three names are the same coffee.
There is a also a toaster and a toasting machine and of course cups, glasses, plates, spoons, forks e.t.c.
And ofcourse the bathroom that includes toilet and bathtub and still there is suply for warm water showers, very easily can be turned on and of from the switch of electrical panel on the wall at the corridor of the apartment.
Of course there are suplies of: hairdryer, clean towels and sheets,toilet paper, hair shampoos and hand shampoos.
There is also an internet rooter of cosmote, the faster in Greece.
The neighborhood is very near to center of Athens three stops by metro Syntagma and another one by Acropolis, total 4 stops from one of the most importantat archaiological monument and museum of Greece and still is also very close on foot if someone needs to walk in order to discover the city.
The neighborhood despite that has nothing fancy is a very quiet almost 24 h per day and easy to go almost in the whole city and and in the whole country by all ways and this is why is only a few meters from metro station wich is connected to the airport for every where: an other country an island or a city. By metro Omonia one stop from Metaxourgeio , is the line of metro that changes and goes to Peiraius where is the port for all the islands of Greece.
And if somebody wishes to travel to the mid or north east or west Greece there is one stop from Mataxourgeio to the other direction Larisis station where you can go by train at many beatiful places of the country.
Also very close at two bus stations Kifisos and Liosion for rest of the country where the train do not pass.
So i could say it is an ideal place for somebody who wants to travel at many,many places very easily without thinking too much about it.
