It is air conditioned. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Ideal for a couple with a child. A section of the garden, furnished with a table and chairs, is reserved for guests.

However, access to the front door from the gate on the street, where the car is parked, involves a short downhill section (about 13 meters) paved with stone.
