Updated coastal 701 square foot condo located on the ground floor with a private entrance. Free parking right by the condo and walk right in. The unit is in the back of the complex which provides for a tranquil and quiet stay while still being within walking distance of the complex's amenities.
Situated 8 to 10 minutes of relaxed driving to the famous Clearwater Beach (ranked No1. in the US and one of the top 10 beaches in the world) condo features a spacious living room adjacent to an open concept kitchen and dinette.
In the living area there is a nice loveseat and a sleeper sofa bed sporting a comfortable mattress that can accommodate two young adults.
For your entertainment there is a 55-inch Smart HDTV and fast Wi-Fi internet with ethernet capability.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a new Beauty Rest King mattress.
A second 43 inch TV is installed in the bedroom which can be used for your favorite streaming app (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video etc.) The bedroom has a ceiling fan as well as a huge walk-in closet and has direct access to the modern bathroom with upgraded vanity and vessel sink as well as an included hair dryer.
In unit laundry room just off the kitchen includes a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. All linens, extra pillows, bath towels, and dish towels are provided.
