Summary: Great small place for basing just a few steps from the beach and the vibrant surrounding neighborhood. Looks to be a recent remodel on the bathroom and shower with newer flooring and access to a laundry room is a plus. Very walkable neighborhood with such great choices for cuisine that is all Miami.
