Our vacation home is located in the countryside, surrounded by nature and far from mass tourism, in the Atzaró Valley, one of the most beautiful and quietest on the Island. Just 5 minutes by car from San Carlos and 8 min. . from Santa Eulalia with all its essential services.
The typical country house recently renovated preserving the Ibizan style, on a private plot of 25,000 m2, with a private pool. A privileged place in the middle of nature, ideal to disconnect and spend a perfect vacation with friends and family, with plenty of space, total privacy and at your own pace.
THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS
Spacious house with 2 floors (315 m2).
low level:
- 2 living rooms with fireplace, television and comfortable sofas
- Open kitchen equipped with everything you need, with a large dining table and access to garden areas and the pool

The upper floor:
-2 bedrooms with double beds, with terraces (1 with bathroom en suite).
-2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (with a terrace with stunning views!)

The beds are equipped with high-end mattresses and pillows, the bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning. The bathrooms equipped with hygiene products, hair dryer and towels. Pool and beach towels available.
The accommodation is planned for 8 people, we also have 2 cots for babies (at no additional cost)
Rustic wooden furniture, very functional and the fresh atmosphere allow you to completely relax in every corner of the house. It has a large private parking area.
Outside, in front of the main entrance guests can enjoy a porch equipped with garden furniture. Another porch is located at the back of the house, with space for outdoor dining, barbecue and rest area. All surrounded by the abundant vegetation of the farm itself and next to the private pool (5 x 9 meters) with night lighting.
AREA
Our house is located in the heart of the Atzaró Valley, 5 minutes by car from the municipality of San Carlos de Peralta and 10 from Santa Eulalia, with many restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. A 15-minute walk away is the famous Las Dalias hippy market, with live music. Can Xicu d`es Falcons is located about 10 minutes by car from the Agroturismo Atzaró, which offers a spa service, night events with DJs and a luxurious restaurant. The beautiful beaches such as Aguas Blancas, Es Figueral, Cala Leña, Cala Nova and Cala Boix are less than 10 minutes by car from our house.
