This is a new house and in the process of selling, therefore there are some necessary inspections required by the city or quick shows to potential buyers. Those inspections or shows are promised to be minimum disturbing to the guests. We therefore ask for our guests allow us to enter the house for inspection/show purpose either with or without the guest presence. An in advance notice will be given to the guests. We incorporate this to our rental agreement.
