Tucked away in the Laurel Highlands Mountains, Yough Mountain House sits on 10 acres of land, one mile from the Youghiogheny River, two miles away from the small town of Confluence, and 2 1/2 miles from the Great Allegheny Passage bike trail. Our custom built home is well equipped and clean. The open floor plan in the kitchen/living area and large deck with grill provide a wonderful place to socialize. The house has many windows and a beautiful view of Sweet Run Hollow Creek which runs alongside the entire stretch of property that lies amongst a ten acre lot. Yough Mountain House can accommodate between 2-8 people. We have 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, and a pull-out sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and full bath including a jacuzzi tub and a beautifully designed, separate standing glass encased shower. The second and third bedrooms have queen sized beds and share a separate full sized bathroom. Without leaving our property you can enjoy the natural beauty of the area while relaxing on our spacious deck, which includes a patio set, hot tub and grill. The Yough Mountain House has beautiful views during all four distinct seasons and is in close proximity to various events that occur throughout the year.

Summary: We had an amazing week here on vacation! Visited Fallingwaters, the falls, natural water slide, and river. We spent most of our time relaxing at the house and in the hot tub. The Yough house is tucked away in nature in the most peaceful place. And Brandy, the owner, is awesome. We would definitely stay here again and plan to in the near future. Thank you!
