Adorably refurbished 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is part of the Wellfleeter Condominium complex located at the end of Mayo Beach with 400 feet of sandy beach on Wellfleet Bay. **Newly installed A/C unit in 2022!*** The cottage has a kitchen-dining area, a living room, two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with 2 twin beds, a remodeled bathroom with shower only and a stacked washer/dryer in the hall closet. Also included in this rental is a 24" flat screen TV with DVD player and Wireless Internet Service. There is a path that leads to private sandy beach at the front of the complex. Convenient to public tennis courts, the community playground, popular restaurants, live theater all in the lively Wellfleet Harbor area. Just over a mile to the center of town and a quick drive to the fresh water ponds and ocean beaches. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cottage #6 is my favorite place. It is truly my happy place! The cottage is always immaculate and homey. It is well stocked and convenient to so many of my favorite places. Reading at the bay is very peaceful. The neighbors at the Wellfleeter are warm and friendly. The entire property of the Wellfleeter Community is maintained beautifully. The Gellert family and Regis do a fabulous job updating the cottage to maximize every stay. Thank you so much!
