Our newly constructed(2021) private and cozy 400 sq ft Studio has a queen size bed, living room, large sofa, kitchenette with convection microwave, refrigerator, 55” TV, free high-spped internet and Keurig coffee maker. It has a full size bathroom with a very nice shower. It has its own separate and secure entrance, is is in a safe and quiet neighborhood and only 2 miles from Mount Pleasant and 5 miles from Daniel Island & 526. It is less than 20 minutes to the Isle of Palms. We are 4.8 miles from Shipyard Park!
The Studio is away from the noise and conveniently close to everywhere you would want to be in Charleston!

Summary: This was a great location for our stay while our daughter went to CofC equestrian camp. We drove to Shem Creek to have dinner, we went downtown to do some shopping. There was great restaurants not far away. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
