Camp Warnecke B212 has stairs immediately opening the front door, walk up the indoor staircase to access the second-floor, one level unit with a beautiful balcony and view of the Comal River.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps and allows 8 guests maximum.

-Sitting on the relaxing bank of the Comal River you can get a 20-minute float in by walking 3 minutes over down the right-hand side of the Garden Street Bridge, float down to the private Camp Warnecke River exit (make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) to get out and repeat for free all day long!
-A quick 5-minute walk to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot!
-Walk with your tubes and cooler for about 15 minutes to Prince Solms Park/Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in float down to the private Camp Warnecke River exit (make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) for a 2 hour float!
-Take a brisk 10-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery!
- If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent THEIR tubes and use their shuttle service.
-And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill are only a 10-minute drive away!

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This gem is perfectly located on the Comal River with a beautiful view from the balcony. The A/C works really well, and the kitchen is well stocked with most of all the utensils you need to cook. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of pillows and blankets. Access to the river is a few steps away, and the complex is less than a minute walk from the last public river exit.We’ve stayed here before and will continue to for our yearly river trips.
