2 Bedroom Brick home with large porch. Kitchen, dinning room, large family room and 1 bath. Covered garage, large yard with a view of pasture and cattle.
5 blocks from First Monday Trades Day, 3 blocks from animal grounds.
Our house was built in 1962 and sits on a 1 acre lot across the street from my great grandfather's house which was built in 1920. The patio overlooks a beautiful pasture where my cousin keeps part of his cattle herd. You are within walking distance of the area which is called the First Monday Dog Grounds where you will find all types of animals for sale. Dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, pigs, goats, horses and donkeys are for sale every First Monday, in addition to all kinds of old items at very reasonable prices. You can walk a few blocks to the main First Monday Grounds where you can find almost anything you can imagine including all types of food. First Monday is the Worlds Largest Flea Market and has been existence since the Civil War and you can spend days walking through the displays of over 7,000 vendors.
