Villa Paxos Palace was built in 1885 and completely renovated in 2015, is a combination of modern - rustic style of construction, and has 700 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 1550 m2. What will delight lovers of swimming in the clear Adriatic Sea is the fact that the villa is only 300 m from the nearest beach and 200 m from cafes and restaurants.
It is fully air conditioned and offers accommodation for a maximum of 16 and an optimal 14 people. In the villa on two floors there are 4 bedrooms. One ensuite bedroom is located in the annex next to the villa (Suite Paxos Palace), while another ensuite room and apartment are located in the annex below the villa where the conference room is located. The villa has a sea view from two bedrooms. In 6 rooms the beds can be single (90x200) or double (180x200). If a bed is required, you can also use a pull-out bed (140x200). All bathrooms are ensuite, 6 have a shower and 2 have a bathtub. Additional facilities in the villa include a washing machine, dryer, iron, baby cot and feeder, and the villa has 4 separate toilets.
On the lower floor there is a spacious living room with two sofas, a coffee table and three comfortable armchairs. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite delicacies, and you can try them in the dining room, which contains a table for 16 people.
On the outdoor terrace there is a swimming pool of 26 m2 and a depth of 1.4 m, which is available from 15.05.22. - 30.09.22. Next to it there are 14 sun loungers where you can read your favourite books or simply relax. On the terrace there is an outdoor dining table and a summer kitchen with an outdoor grill on charcoal or wood.
Villa Paxos Palace is fully fenced, has a beautifully landscaped garden and lots of greenery, and you can park your tin pets in the garage which has 4 parking spaces. Children will also have more than enough space to play and have fun.
Luxurious relaxation will be provided by a sauna, and the villa also has a wine cellar with a table and benches.
