Villa Nikoletta offers simplicity and tranquility to those who'd like to experience authentic rural Cretan life without having to forgo the luxuries of a private pool, wifi and air conditioning. A stone wall hides the pretty gardens from the tiny lane that passes the villa where the wooden double gates give no clue of the lovingly created garden behind them where the free form pool sparkles amidst a tiny sample of Cretan horticulture abundant with lemon, orange and pomegranate trees, bright pink bougainvillea, jasmine and morning glory all tumbling over earthenware pots and reclaimed mill stones.
Location Provarma, Stylos
Just 7 km from the coast and on the edge of a tiny hamlet, next door to a charming small farm with all its sights and sounds. Where goats and sheep with bells round their necks are tended by their shepherds, and clucking chickens, turkeys and even exotic peacocks wander freely among the olive trees and fields around the villa. This is a true country living amidst a mosaic of little villages, each with at least one and often more, family run tavernas.
The village of Stylos is just 1.6 kms downhill, where there is a mini market selling basic provisions as well as several very authentic Cretan tavernas (we ate the most delicious hortarina kaltisounia, the little pies filled with mountain greens, at the Faraggi Taverna).
It’s 7kms to the sandy beach at Kalives , with tavernas right on the water's edge and only 25 minutes from this rural idyll into the heart of Chania .

Housekeeping
Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.
For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.
For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.
Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.
Parking - just outside the entrance to the property.
