Positive: We stayed one night at Villa Marcellinus, and the little hut we booked was exceptionally clean — truly spotless — with everything looking new. The bedding was crisp and bright white, and the towels were the same. The bathroom was nicely designed and offered all the comfort we needed.

Negative: However, the hut is quite small and pointed in shape, with the bed placed in the center. Taller guests may find it difficult to walk upright around the sides. Storage space was also very limited. The staff were friendly and tried their best, but spoke almost no English and seemed not very well trained. As an example: after returning from an early morning trip and going back to sleep, construction work started right next to our room — even though it was low season and could easily have been scheduled after our checkout. This showed a lack of understanding of guest needs.
