Positive: The house is wonderful it has everything you need for a family stay and is very family friendly, we were traveling with 6 kids including 2 year old twins and a baby and the living area in the house is very childproof and it has a lot of toys and activities for kids, for a big family we liked a lot the multiple bathrooms, the laundry room and multiple relaxing areas throughout the garden. The owners live at the upper floor of the property and they made our stay so much better, they are an older couple, they were very helpful when our 2 year old had a cold and gave us natural honey with instructions how to give him, which cleared his cold, they kept to themselves but they were helpful if needed. When we were leaving their son offered to help us transport to our hotel and he drove his personal car with luggage for us that did not fit the taxi, he also brought to our hotel medication we forgot at the house unasked, when Wonderful Italy was not at much help. We spent two weeks at the property and I especially recommend the place to big families with children, we will definitely visit the house again, and the family who own the property made the stay extra special and made our very active and loud kids feel welcome and gave them toys as presents, including a Italian children's book for our 7 year old daughter to learn Italian.

Negative: Our communication with the rental company Wonderful Italy, we tried to contact them regarding a late check out but we were denied, since we are a big family with a lot of small children our checkout went slow, but the owners on site were very helpful and in no rush to get us out. Also when contacting Wonderful Italy regarding our medication we forgot in the fridge, they told us more likely the cleaning crew had thrown it in the trash, only to receive a package at our hotel from the owners son to our pleasant surprise with the medication and a wonderful letter from the family with a contact phone number should we need any assistance. Also it was not clear in the description of the property that the owners are staying on site and we were taken back by that at first, but after meeting them and staying there for two weeks we would not have it any other way.
