Stone Villa Armonia is a brand new luxurious residence, right in the heart of one of the most culturally rich villages in Greece and the historic region of Mani! It is fully equipped, spacious and can comfortably host 6+ guests. Only a short drive to a number of incredible beaches suitable for all tastes, as well as the vivid resort of Stoupa and a great starting point for amazing excursions and day trips! The Space:
A luxurious brand new stone villa with garden in the village of Proastio. Within minutes to numerous unorganised as well as equipped beaches, in an area of unparalleled natural beauty, full of culture, trekking routes and unspoiled friendly people!
It consists of two levels with a private fenced garden full of herbs, fruits and flowers, 2 bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen, dinning area and living room, 2 bathrooms and incredible uninterrupted views to the glorious mountains of Taygetos and the endless blue of the Aegean sea!
On the first floor there is a well equipped modern kitchen with dining area, as well as a large living room with comfy sofas for 8. There is also a bathroom with shower cabin and direct access to 2 balconies with view to the sea and patio furniture. The entire floor is independently air conditioned.
On the second floor there are two large bedrooms, the main bathroom with full size jacuzzi and two more balconies, one of them shaded and furnished.
The master bedroom is air-conditioned, it features a king size bed with high quality anatomic mattress, a large wardrobe and it's own private furnished balcony with pergola and undescribable sunset views over the sea.
The second bedroom also has its own air conditioning unit, balcony and two twin beds that can also be arranged as a double.
There are mosquito nets in all doors and windows, large wardrobes in every bedroom and continuous warm water via solar energy and backup electrical power. There is also a high efficiency, fully automatic pellet stove, making it also an ideal stay for the winter months!
Our garden is the home of two old olive trees (very typical for the area), is full of flowers and evergreens, has a full size built in BBQ and space for one car if required. There is also a large garden table and comfortable chairs so you can enjoy your breakfast, evening coffee or a friendly BBQ!
