Positive: Lovely location close to Lindos but also short drive to beach. Lovely outdoor area and heated pool when working.

Negative: It advertised four double beds, but in fact two of them were bed settees with a hard frame around the edge, so not that comfortable when getting on and off the bed making the unsuitable for elderly or young persons. The fourth bedroom was underneath the pool with no natural ventilation which made the room damp and mouldy. The owner decided he wanted to use our villa during our stay and we had to move to two smaller villas, hence we had to split our party for the last 2 days of the holiday and lost one day due to the move. The agent told us they needed to carry out urgent electrical works, which turned out to be a lie. We were given a refund equating to 87% of the cost of one day of our rental cost, instead of a gull day promised. The pool heating was only switched on during the second week of our stay, meaning that we were only able to use for a few day’s before being moved out. Perhaps it had been switched on for the owner? The outside of the property was patrolled by four cats who slept on the outside furniture and were constantly scavenging for titbits. Not suitable for anyone not liking cats.

Summary: It was a lovely villa in a great location but was let down by a damp bedroom, two sofa beds and the owner moving us out
