Located in Venice Marina a2 story houseboat, barge is 24' x 44', 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, sleep 7+ people, downstairs has (2 bunk beds, double bed & 1 single bed) upstairs has 1 bedroom with (double bed and single bunk on top) 3 ac units, electric heat, full kitchen, washer & dryer, a large boat can dock on front porch, fish cleaning station, 3.1 cu ft chest freezer, 500 lb. ice machine, and gas grill.
