Summary: Stunning resort, the kids club is outstanding and the evening shows are really good. Food is incredibile. The room was very clean when we arrived but the daily clean was not good at all. Floor were mopped but not vacuumed which was quite disgusting with hairs and dust left sticking down. Bedding not changed once in a week and toilet and sink not cleaned! Probably overstretched cleaning team doing way too much. The lifeguard on the big pool could use some mannners! As the lady manager at the beach bar. All in all we would go back but such a shame this could be the perfect place.
