Country House with view to the gulf of Tyros. 140sqm, 2 floors. It is built in a traditional village. Eight minutes to the beach by car. Peaceful quite and calm. The house is ideally located on a hill of mount Parnon, overlooking at the sea, surrounded by olive trees and flowers.
The house is built on two levels. On the first level there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms (the one inside master bedroom with a fireplace also) and there is an exit to the backyard.
There is placed the Barbecue and the outdoor kitchen & an outdoor shower.
On the second floor there is a large open kitchen fully equipped, a dining room and the sitting room with fireplace that overlooks the sea, a large veranda where one can sit, sun bathe, relax, enjoy the breathtaking view of the Aegean sea.
In this floor is the fifth bedroom, the attic one, with stunning view of the mountain ridge.
The two air condition are, one in master bedroom & one in the living room at the first floor.
For winter there is no central heating but there are electric radiators for every room, 2 fireplaces and also 2 air condition (one in master bedroom & one in the living room).
Tyros area has become one of the most popular destinations of southern Arcadia, because it combines a beautiful coast line with a large choice of individual beaches and the green hills of mount Parnon, where one can enjoy mount and rock climbing (there is a climb festival during November at Leonidio 20 min away from home), wild life and agro tourism. It is at an hour drive from Nafplio and Mycenae, 20 km away from the picturesque town of Leonidio and 1hr and 1/2 drive from Mystras and Monemvasia.
During the summer season, once a week, there is a day cruise from Tyros to Spetses & Hydra island.
Choose to rent not a very big car because of the narrow roads through the village.
