This incredible, location on the edge of a desert park is only 10 miles from the Organ Mountains, 1.8 miles from all major amenities, 1.5 miles from the University and hospitals, and 50 miles from White Sands National Park. Located in a quiet, secluded, safe neighborhood, facing a beautiful desert park.

Ideal for those who value the perfect stay at an immaculate, eclectic space.

You are welcome to use my relaxing backyard, but the remaining space will be off-limits.

The rental consists of a bedroom and full bath and use of backyard (Kitchen is NOT included). The rental is located in a separate wing of the house with the same entry for the owner, who lives in the main part of the house. The renter has complete privacy.

We don't allow any smoking in or on the property.. No pets, visitors, or parties by renter during visit.

Summary: The neighborhood was nice, very close to everything you could possibly need in Las Cruces. Gorgeous room, well maintained - a level of cleanliness you rarely see in a vacation rental. It was also refreshing to not be hit with an impossible list of rules. Manfred was very kind and a wonderful host.
