Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The homestay is located right next to the beautiful jungle. Perfect to take a hike or go on a tour with Herman to the hidden waterfalls. Both Herman and his wife Ima are very kind people who made us feel right at home. Herman also got us a driver (Igbal; thank you for everything!) who gave us a few amazing tours around the area.

Negative: The room is not super comfortable, but okay. The mattress is quite hard and a lot of animals managed to get inside our room and bathroom. At night there is a lot of sound from the jungle, but that also made the experience very authentic. Because of the low price and the amazing location we weren't bothered by any of this, but thought you should know if you prefer more comfort.
