You'll have a 2 bedroom condo on the fourth floor with beautiful views of the ocean from both balconies. Wake up in the primary bedroom and look right out the wall of windows with a sliding door to your balcony. Enjoy the new king size bed and light and bright room with optional black out shades. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin bed on top, a full bed on the bottom, and another twin trundle bed that can be pulled out. The kitchen opens up into the main living space that also has a wall of windows with a sliding door to the other balcony overlooking the Gulf. Beautifully decorated in peaceful beach colors, white, teal and oatmeal. Enjoy a television in each room with a DVR player in the living room. Fluffy towels in the updated bathroom. The kitchen has white countertops and a breakfast bar with barstools, and includes all dishes, pans, glasses, cooking utensils, and a coffee pot, dishwasher, stove/oven and a refrigerator. Outside is a boardwalk over the beach grasses and you're standing right on the beach with your toes in the water! Tennis/pickleball/basketball courts are out front and there is a year-around heated pool. Condo comes with 4 folding beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, an umbrella, sand toys and beach towels for your fun in the sun vacation! Sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. Sorry no smoking or pets.
