Positive: The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. There was plenty of coffee and coffee creamer.

Negative: We had a terrible time getting used to the combination locks on the doors. The directions for them could have been clearer. The area rug near the sofa was extremely dangerous. It slipped and moved every time we stepped on it and was very hazardous. We wish we had known how many steps there were. We had a lot of luggage and it was really hard to get it all upstairs. The ironing board was intended for a tabletop, but the table in the apartment was too small to use with it. The mattress on the bed was too soft for us. Lastly, the drapes on the very large living room window aren't wide enough to cover it. This made us very uncomfortable in the evenings when the lights were all on.
