Kitchen has a dishwasher and is fully stocked with all all the amenities also includes a Keurig coffee maker /blender/toaster. There are ac units in each room. Includes cable TV and wifi. Bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a new 39" flat screen tv's and a new large 55" 4K Smart TV in the living room along with 2 sofa beds. The back deck consist of a dining area and BBQ grill. Also front covered porch/deck with sitting area. Off-street parking for 1 car. Washer/dryer in separate common area. This condo is in a 6 unit building 2 blocks from beach-Great for large families or extended families to rent multiple units to have your shared and personal space. This is a non-smoking building.Must be 21 years old to rent and we do not accept events or high school senior week rentals. Linens are the responsibility of guest you can bring your own or rent from a local company.
