This home will check off every box when looking for the perfect vacation getaway!
The home is literally on the Boardwalk where you will be sitting just steps to the Beach + Bay. Not to mention the convenience of having the main street, Marine Ave., just around the corner where you can walk to all the shops, restaurants + sweet treats (the famous frozen bananas at Dad's)
The home is a duplex, you will have access to upper level apartment.
It has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms (one with a laundry area). The Master bedroom consists of a King Bed and a Day Bed that also has a trundle (two twins). Second Bedroom has a King bed and a chair that opens up into a twin bed. The third bedroom consists of a bunkbed (queen over queen). Access to the rooftop through a ladder with tremendous views of the Newport Bay. The kitchen is fully remodelled and the spacious living/dining room opens up to another amazing view of the bay with a balcony.

Summary: Loved being on the strand in this comfortable property. I will miss the view from the 2nd floor deck and the easy access to the town and the beach with all the beach toys you could want. Hosts have thought of everything you need for an accommodating stay. Only down side is some noise from the lower level guests… we would love to rent both units the next time we visit. Bonus: the noises could not be heard from the quiet rooftop perch!
