3 bed, 2 bath home on an entire fenced acre, within a 3 minute walk to a quiet bay in Sheridan Lake, great for swimming, kayaking, etc. Boat launch just around the corner. Fur babies welcome!
Kitchen has pots, pans, bakeware, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, blender, utensils, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, some seasonings, and lots of storage space.
A TV is available (no cable) with a DVD player and selection of DVDs. There are also some board games, puzzles, books, and cards. Bocce, lawn darts, and Croquet set available if you want to have a game on the lawn.

The property water is via a deep well, and was fully tested in June 2021. The results were very clean, slightly alkaline water (excellent quality).
The property is on a septic system, so no feminine products, qtips, wipes, in the toilet please.
