Summary: Great place to stay!! Secluded and easy to access.The area between the cabin and the creek is perfect. We had our corn hole boards, camping chairs and music down there while the dogs ran around and played in the stream.Also a nice rolling herb garden to the side of the house with a cool swing and hiking trails right behind the house that go up the mountain.Lake Lure is only 15 minutes away where there is an Ingles grocery store and a handful of neat bars and restaurants with live music.The Cabin itself is really nice! This is a Fully furnished and equipped house with everything you would expect to find. Laundry room, full kitchen, great living room with giant windows that look up to the trees and sky, giant master bedroom/bath, 2nd bedroom downstairs is perfect and on the opposite side of the house from the Master bedroom.The loft upstairs is big with a couch/sitting area, 2 beds, its own bathroom and opens up to the upstairs deck.Great place, definitely recommend!!The deck upstairs off of the Loft area is great for watching the stars.
