Positive: no breakfast, self catering

Negative: Arrived to discover no hot water, no microwave and a broken toaster. I requested that this was corrected otherwise I would cancel the contract, they did the same day . However the hot water needed a switch to be turned on except the boiler was outside and the switch was the same one as the outside light. There was no information book and no instructions for anything in the property, more concerning was no information on fire escape/drill.The photos on Booking .com have been dressed up to give a better look than it actually was. Different furniture, wall pictures no side/coffee table. The outside space is very poor with a washing machine, a plastic plant and a table with a loose leg and chairs that are discolored with age, spring popping out on the underside of the small sofa. There was a letter with all the eco savings etc yet in the apartment there were no plugs for the sinks so every action needed to be done with running water wasting water and gas, that's a real clever move! I accept that the apartment is dated and tired but that makes it more important than the furniture/equipment. Finally there is no "V" sign on the apartment, this means that it is registered for vacations, ?.
