Positive: Nice gated and fenced private property in a good location for day trips. Great views of Isla Mujeres, the private beach is small but SLS Hotel beach is right next door 1min walk along the water. Punta Sam ferry dock is adjacent to the property (5 min walk). This is where you can get on the catamarans or party boats to Isla or take the cargo ferry to Isla. There is a GO Mart, Dominos Pizza and Subway within a 5min walk as well. Our room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, shower and beach towels etc. Staff on the property were great, very quiet. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Negative: I would recommend having a car since there aren't any restaurants within walking distance.
