Summary: There is a blockage in the AC, before midnight water was poured down and wet the floor. I called reception and reported. Room key doesn’t work and we couldn’t get in. Has to go back downstairs again and get the key to go in. They moved us to the room with leaking tap. Water going down the wash basin every time we use. On our early staying someone knocked on the door at 6:45 am and said room services when I was praying. Received called from the guy in the restaurant who said waitress forgot the bill folder in our room when he delivered the meals. I told him you should leave until I get up and you has disturbed my son who is in his deep sleep. I has to rushed answer his called when I was praying I need to stop! Really disrespectful as he annoyed when you are on holidays. I’m not returning to this hotel and I’m not suggest anyone because far away to downtown.
