In case you have looked at this property before - this property has been upgraded with lots of love to the details in 2023. We installed a new kitchen, several furniture and did a technology update in 2023 incl. solar power, drinking water treatment and heating / warm water system.
The Finca has two stores with a living room, the kitchen and one bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor. The first floor has two bedrooms with a bathroom as well as balcony plus bathroom and an office. The first-floor bedrooms have air condition as well as the living room on the ground floor. The ground floor bedroom has a fan and mosquito nets are available in each bedroom. Two of three bedrooms have single beds that be easy used separate or as a queen-size bed. A baby crib is available including two kids blankets as well as highchair. An office is available on the first floor with the best view and a height adjustable desk. Fast internet is available in the entire house as well as TV incl. Apple TV in the living room. Newly done kitchen in 2023 with dining table for 6 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped including various appliances such as Nespresso, coffee machine, KitchenAid and Vitamix. The hiuse has city water and a water treadment thay yiu can use tap water for cooking and drinking incl. sparkling water. There is a washing machine at your convenience.
It is recommended to have car and you can park onsite.
About Campanet: Campanet is a small town in the North-east of Mallorca around 30-minutes’ drive from the city of Palma. This sleepy little pueblo feels a million miles away from the busy resorts on the nearby coast and is part of undiscovered Mallorca. Campanet is now very much a residential town of around 2600 inhabitants and is not really on the radar for most tourists. Best know are the caves of Campanet. These caves have many beautiful natural rock formations and underground lakes.
Nearby shopping: there are two small supermarkets in Campanet one less than 5 minutes away from the property by car with Sa Pobla and Inca being in 10-15 minutes distance with all needed for by shopping.
