“ViVa Juan” is located on the southwest coast of Tenerife, in the village of Tejina de Isora which belongs to the municipality of Guia de Isora. It is ideally situated for hiking tours to the Teno mountains and the Teide National Park. The magnificent coast with the attractive beaches of Alcalá and Playa San Juan can also be easily reached in a few minutes by car. The southwest coast enjoys a very sunny climate and the sunsets are even more impressive with the neighbouring islands.
The property consists of two independent apartments with separate entrances.
Apartment 1, 1st floor (max. 2 Persons)
Apartment 1 (61 m² ) consists of a comfortable bedroom with a double-bed, a bathroom with shower and a clos-o-mat-shower toilet, a cosy living-room with TV and with a balcony with stunning sea views, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a dishwasher, electric-cooker/oven, fridge, chest freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle as well as crockery, cutlery and all other necessary kitchen utensils. The apartment has airconditioning and a wood burning stove. You have direct access to the Spa which is on the same level.
Apartment 2, Ground level (max. 2 Persons),
This ground level apartment can be rented in addition.
Apartment 2 (69 m² ) consists of a good-sized bedroom with a double-bed and a balcony with stunning see view, a bathroom with shower and a clos-o-mat toilet, a living-room with a panorama window, TV and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas-cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle as well as crockery, cutlery and all other necessary kitchen utensils. The apartment has airconditioning and a wood burning stove.
In the garden with its magnificent views, you will find a pool, a jacuzzi, and a dining area with barbecue facilities. In the wooden wellness hut you can relax in the sauna which is equipped with an infrared-set.
For bookings for 1 or 2 persons you will be allocated apartment 1. If you need two bedrooms, apartment 2 can be booked in addition.
For bookings for 3 to 4 persons you will get both apartments.
Since the apartments are completely independent, this accommmodation may not be suitable for families with young children.
For grocery shopping as well as for exploring the island we would highly recommend hiring a car.
