This holiday home is perfectly situated for clients who are looking for a villa which is within walking distance of all amenities. A Car is always recommended to enjoy the island but here it's certainly not a necessity.
The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood yet within easy walking distance of Barbati high street and the popular Barbati Beach with it's great choice of restaurants and beach side chill-out bars. For able bodied clients there is a short cut through the olive grove below which brings you onto the high street within 2 minutes.
The main entrance takes you into the open-plan living area with a fully fitted kitchen, dining area & sitting room with glass windows opening onto the large dining veranda which enjoys great views over Barbati Bay and beyond. On this floor there is a guest WC. From this level and internal staircase takes you up to the roof-top patio where views are even more spectacular and is a great area for evening BBQ's. The lower garden level has three bedrooms, the master bedroom with en-suite shower room and a twin room, both with access to the pool area. There is a further single bedroom and a family bathroom as well as a utility room with washing machine. All three bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes. A Z-Bed can be provided for a 6th guests at a supplement of €10.00 per night
