The duplex features two bedrooms on the upper floor, both with plenty of natural light:

- The second bedroom offers flexibility with the option of two single beds or a double bed (if requested), and benefits from the light of an interior garden and features a blackout blind to ensure optimal and uninterrupted rest.

The ground floor features an open-plan modern space that integrates the living room, dining area and a white, minimalist kitchen with island, fully equipped, as well as a practical toilet.
